Midvale is a small village in the Tuscarawas River valley of eastern Ohio, halfway between New Philadelphia and Uhrichsville. Platted in 1888, we're home to about 700 residents who care deeply about our community, our schools, and our neighbors. This site is your starting point for everything happening in the village — meetings, services, news, and the people who keep things running.

About Midvale

Midvale was platted in 1888 and takes its name from its location at the midpoint between New Philadelphia and Uhrichsville. The village covers about three-quarters of a square mile and crosses portions of Goshen, Mill, and Warwick townships. Children attend schools in the Indian Valley Local School District.
