Fire & EMS

Fire protection is contracted; EMS is provided by Smith Ambulance Service.

How it works

Fire protection and emergency medical services in the Village of Midvale are provided through contracted relationships and a local volunteer fire department:

  • Fire suppression: Per the Village's most recent audit, fire protection services are contracted through the Village of Dennison Fire Department. The Midvale-Barnhill-Brightwood Volunteer Fire Department is also housed at Village Hall and supports the village.
  • EMS: Emergency medical services are contracted to Smith Ambulance Service.
