Street Superintendent
Took office November 2024 after the retirement of predecessor Jay Thornton. Previously served as Mayor of Midvale before resigning to accept this role.
Snow & ice operations
During winter weather, village crews focus first on main thoroughfares and hill segments, then on residential side streets. Residents are asked to remove vehicles from the street when possible to allow plows to make a complete pass.
Brush & leaf collection
The Street Department collects brush and leaves on a seasonal schedule. Place material at the curb (not in the street) by the published date.
Report a street issue
For potholes, streetlight outages, drainage problems, or downed signs, use the Report an Issue form. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days.
